Plans and limits
Four plans. Every one includes cleanup, and no limit ever stops a run that has started or its cleanup.

Flow Watch and Agency can also be paid yearly, with two months free ($150 and $990 a year): switch in Manage subscription on your Billing page. The Flow Pass never renews by itself.
What counts as a run
One run is one test session your agent opens with start_session. A run counts when it starts, whatever happens after, including if it’s closed straight away. These never count:
- Flow Watch replays.
- The free Email Flow Grader.
- Anything your agent does inside a run that’s already open.
“A month” is a calendar month in UTC. On the Flow Pass, the period is the pass itself: 30 days from purchase, or from the end of the pass you already had if you buy another early.
Limits are soft, and never mid-run
- The run that reaches your limit is allowed, and your agent tells you it was the last one. The next run is refused before anything is created, with a message saying when the count resets.
- Nothing inside an open run ever checks a limit: new addresses, waiting for email, the report, and above all cleanup always work.
- From 80% of an allowance, your agent mentions it, and your Billing page shows a notice. The page always shows your usage.
- On paid plans, “unlimited” has a fair-use ceiling to stop runaway automation. If a real project needs more, email support@flowproof.dev.
Projects
A project is one app (or one environment of it, like acme-staging). It’s created the first time your agent names it, and that’s the only moment the project limit is checked. If you downgrade, the projects you already have keep working.
AI wording reviews
A wording review is the AI’s read of your emails in a run’s final report. Each final report that includes one uses one. When you have none left, the report is still built in full, without the wording section, and says so. Checking a report while the run is still open never uses one.
You can turn AI review off for a project on its page in the dashboard (Projects, AI review). Then the email copy is never sent to the AI reviewer, no review is used, and the report says the review is off. Every other check runs as usual.
How long we keep things
There are two clocks, both starting when a run ends. Email bodies (including links and codes) are deleted first, because they can hold live login links. Reports and run history are kept longer. When the email bodies go, the stored report is swapped for a redacted copy.
Kept for good: the fact that a run happened, the addresses it created (so an address can never be reissued to someone else), and cleanup receipts.
If a paid plan lapses, your data keeps its paid retention for a 14-day grace period, then free retention applies. Your run limits drop to Free straight away.
