Email Flow Grader

A quick, free look at the emails your app sends. No sign-up and no agent: you use your app yourself with a temporary address, and get a score card for every email that arrives.

Free · no account

How to use it

  1. Get a temporary address

Open the Email Flow Grader, optionally enter your app’s URL (it’s shown on the score card), pass the quick human check, and start. You get one address, live for 10 minutes.

  2. Use your app with it

Sign up for your own app with that address. Trigger a password reset too, and anything else that sends email.

  3. Read the score card

Every email that arrives is graded: how fast it came, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, broken links, leaked merge tags, and emails that should exist but don’t. When the 10 minutes are up (or you finish early), you get a score card with a public link you can share.

How it differs from a full run

  • No cleanup. The account you created with the temporary address stays in your app. Delete it yourself afterwards.
  • Nobody clicks the links, so it can’t tell whether a reset link works twice or a verification link really verifies. Those show as not tested.
  • No AI wording review, and one address per go.
  • Free and unlimited on every plan, within a daily limit per visitor to stop abuse.

What we keep

The email bodies (which hold live links into your app) are deleted after a day. The score card keeps a redacted copy, with links, codes and addresses removed, so the share link keeps working. The email address field is optional: fill it in only if you want to hear when Flowproof launches. See Security.

We don’t keep your emails. We do keep the anonymous results: the grade, how long each email took, and which checks passed. No addresses, links, codes or wording, and nothing that says which app they came from. We pool them across every app we test to publish research like “The State of Signup Emails”. How we keep them anonymous.
